Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 20, 2026
At Rowe Office Ltd, our core mission is to provide you with absolute financial clarity. We believe that clarity should extend to how we treat you and your personal data.
We respect your right to privacy, which is why we have built this website with a fundamentally different approach than most. We do not want to track your every move, and we do not want to harvest your data.
1. Our "Zero Cookie" Promise
You probably noticed that our website didn't interrupt you with a pop-up asking you to accept cookies. That is because we do not use them.
We have deliberately chosen not to invade your privacy with tracking technology. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixels, or any other third-party scripts that follow you around the internet. Your visit to our website is completely private and untracked.
2. The Information We Do Collect
Because we don't track you behind the scenes, the only personal information we collect is the information you explicitly choose to share with us. When you use the contact form on our website or email us directly, we collect:
- Your Name
- Your Company Name
- Your Email Address
- The contents of your message to us
3. How We Use Your Information
We collect this information for one simple reason: to talk to you. We use your details strictly to respond to your enquiries, schedule discovery meetings, and discuss how our financial leadership and fractional CFO services can help your business scale.
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to outside companies.
4. Third-Party Data Processors & Infrastructure
To deliver a fast, resilient, and secure experience, our website infrastructure is hosted using Firebase Hosting (a premium cloud service provided by Google LLC). To ensure stable network delivery and defend our systems against malicious cyber attacks or automated abuse, Firebase Hosting naturally processes the IP addresses of network visitors for short-term diagnostic and security logging. This processing is conducted under our legitimate interest to maintain a secure digital environment.
Additionally, to ensure your messages reach us securely without exposing our systems to spam, we use a secure third-party API called Web3Forms to process our website’s contact form. When you click "Send Message," your data is encrypted via HTTPS and temporarily processed by Web3Forms strictly for the purpose of routing the message directly to our secure email inbox.
5. Contact Us
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, or if you would like to exercise any of your data rights under the UK GDPR, we are always happy to chat.
